Wrong, that wasn’t what I said, he failed and this is what he said after he made it “I have not failed, I have found 10,000 ways that will not work” What is the secret here? 4. Failure is  part of success

Do you know what is behind all the overnight successful people you hear on the radio? If you were to be in their life for a while, my you can’t stand. Let me just give you an example of one rich friend of mine. He is a real estate investor, when it comes to money, don’t go near he is fully loaded. He has a lot of business in the city but still this my friend will never take some days off. You will always see him in his car moving up and down looking for good houses to purchase. I approached him one day and asked why are you so hard working John? You have all the money can’t you hire others to work for you?

No, I bought my first house at a very low price and offered it for rent which was pulling in money month after month. Things were going on very well that year so I thought of getting so serious with real estate business. Instead of saving all the monies, I made some years ago in my account, I decide to hire someone to do my daily task for me. The person I hired was so wicked. Because he had access to my account to receive payment and also to do a certain payment on my behalf, he begins to fool me. He withdrew all the money in the business account to his personal account and run away with it. Up to now, I have never seen him. So I have learned a great lesson of not dedicating any of my important tasks to anyone, that is why you see me busy all the day. It doesn’t mean I just love working, I have just learned from my mistakes and that mistake is what has made me so successful now.   

What a great lesson. Indeed failure is the key to success. If he wouldn’t have failed how would he have learned not to give anyone access to his bank account?

There are two forms to a successful life. Those who succeed by luck and those who succeed by hard work through overcoming failures and obstacles. Those who succeed by overcoming obstacles are those who will continue to grow. For them, they know that do next in every obstacle that comes along their way. But those who had never failed before won’t know how to rise when they are down.  No matter how many times a person who is so eager of succeeding fails, he will still make it as far as he keeps on learning from his mistakes and get improved.

6. We grow strong after failing

Have you ever bordered asking yourself why you do need to know the key to success? How you can turn failure into success?
